Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable individual to join our team as a Service Centre Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our service centre team, ensuring efficient operations and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries from customers, suppliers, and staff
2. Maintain and update customer and service records in the database
3. Coordinate service requests and schedule appointments for equipment maintenance and repairs
4. Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
5. Prepare and review service centre reports, invoices, and financial documents
6. Assist with onboarding and training new service centre staff
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
8. Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
2. Proven work experience in administration or customer service role
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Strong organizational and time management skills
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
7. Attention to detail and accuracy
8. Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
