Qualifications:

Grade 12 Matric qualification

Minimum of three years of proven experience in Retail Management.

Professional Expertise:

Cross-Border Returns & Logistics: Manage the end-to-end returns process, with a focus on international and regional logistics.

Inventory & Stock Control: Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy, and quality inspection processes.

 ERP System Management: Use SAP or similar ERP systems to manage returns and supply chain data effectively.

Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.

Returns & Credit Policy Management: Ensure compliance with returns procedures and manage credit authorizations in line with company policies.
